About Us:

We are excited to introduce a challenging position within our dynamic team in Sandefjord, Norway. We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Billing Accountant to join our company. This role is critical in managing and streamlining our order processing, ensuring accuracy in billing, and maintaining seamless communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control and forward the Orders mailbox, ensuring all communications are addressed promptly.
  
• Receive and review orders from the sales and customer support departments via email.
  
• Verify order completeness and request additional documentation for incomplete orders.
  
• Accurately obtain and enter customer details and billing information into Salesforce order forms.
  
• Check all information within Great Plains and liaise with other departments to update any missing information.
  
• Enter received orders into the Salesforce Order Form and forward order information to the finance department for booking.
  
• Register and track received orders within Excel.
  
• Inform relevant departments about shipping dates and anticipated delays of orders.
  
• Liaise with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or delivery personnel to trace or accelerate shipments.
  
• Control the flow of orders between departments for delivery evidence, invoicing transfers, and revenue recognition.
  
• Create projects within Tenrox for invoicing and revenue instructions.
  
• Collaborate with the Professional Services department to issue Tenrox invoices and revenue instructions.
  
• Answer order queries by liaising with Sales and Finance.
  
• Ensure all "Won" Orders in Salesforce have been received and processed.
  
• Maintain a pipeline of orders for commit.

Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Office 365.
  
• Experience working for international companies.
  
• Basic understanding of finance (sales orders, revenue) and sales administration.
  
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  
• Willingness to travel for training and as required.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent experience (minimum of 5 years).
  
• Proficiency in Office 365.
  
• Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
