At Johnson Controls in Oslo, Norway, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Building Automation Systems (BAS) division as our new Service Sales Account Manager
At Johnson Controls, we specialize in the sale, design, and delivery of tailored Building Automation Systems for industrial applications, commercial buildings, and energy centres across the globe.
As a member of our team, you will thrive in a fast-paced, international matrix environment and have a passion for delivering high-quality services solutions to our customers primarily around Oslo. Your focus area will be visiting customers and consult them on Johnson Controls many service solutions or upgrading projects within the Building Automation System field.
Safety and quality are of utmost importance to us, and we expect you to share this commitment. Your collaborative, convincing, and credible nature will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers, partners, and colleagues. Currently, we are approximately 50 employees in our office in Oslo and we have ambitious growth plans for the coming years.
What You Will Do
Estimate and generate new service agreement with customers together with internal stakeholders.
Negotiate existing service contract with customers.
Generate economical overview for multiyear contracts for our customers.
Process owner of price list for all customer agreements
Keep up to date with the national Terms and conditions and legislative standards
Provide outlook for new and cancelled service contract agreements
What We Look For;
Proficient in navigating the dynamic environment of international organizations with a matrix structure. Preferred experience includes working in multinational corporations.
5 + years’ experience from service sales within Building Automation System solutions or similar filed
Experience in effectively guiding sales teams and attaining significant sales objectives
Demonstrated ability to drive change management and influence stakeholders
Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to develop effective sales strategies
Ability to communicate with customers/ stakeholders on all levels in an organization
Technically oriented background/Education - within Automation or Building Automation Systems
Collaborative, convincing, and credible in interactions with customers, partners, and colleagues.
Drives accountability and results
Experience working in Salesforce or a similar sales tool
Fluent in written and spoken English and Norwegian.
